The house has a large set of bay windows in the living room, a cool looking kitchen (see photo above), a large master suite on the third floor and two porches off the back of the property.

Listed for $10,000 less than the other two properties featured in this post, this two-bedroom updated Tudor in Burleith has a large backyard with a slate patio and walkway as well as a garage. The 1,850 square-foot interior has a good-sized kitchen that opens up to a dining room and a rear family room, as well as two large bedrooms on the upper level. The lower level has a kitchen (in need of updating), but no certificate of occupancy, which is needed for the owner to rent the space out legally.
