Historic with Copper Accents
Two weeks ago, we highlighted this property in What $845,000 Buys You. The Capitol Hill home has retained many historic details, like woodwork and hardwood floors, and has an updated kitchen with a copper backsplash. The lower level has been nicely finished, with hardwood floors, a large kitchen, and a carpeted bedroom. It found a buyer after 11 days on the market.

H Street Condo in the Logan School
In 1984, the Logan School building on G Street NE was chopped up into 24 condos. Because of the slightly unusual shape, some units have rounded walls or angled ceilings. This unit is one; the top floor one-bedroom has several angled ceilings with skylights built into them, creating bright sitting areas throughout the living room. We featured it in What $400,000 Buys You last week and it found a buyer in four days.
- Address: 301 G Street NE, #35 (map)
- Price: $392,750
- Bedrooms: One
- Bathrooms: One
- Square Footage: 730
- HOA fees: $381/month
- Days on Market: 4

One of Logan’s First Modern, Industrial Condos
This unit is in The Metro, a modern, industrial-looking condo building that went up on Church Street in 2004 around the beginning of Logan Circle’s renaissance. There are floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed piping and an open floor plan (like many residential buildings along this block), and a few extra touches like an Elfa organizing system in the closet, a small outdoor balcony and garage parking. It was snatched up in just under a week.
- Address: 1444 Church Street NW, #201 (map)
- Price: $699,000
- Bedrooms: Two
- Bathrooms: Two
- Square Footage: 1,050
- HOA Fees: $412 per month
- Days on Market: 5
