Dan and Tanya Snyder have listed their Mt. Vernon estate for $60 million, which would set a record in the region if the estate sold at that price.
The former owners of the Washington Commanders put the 16.5-acre property along the banks of the Potomac known as River View on the market with Heather Corey of TTR Sotheby's International Realty. The Snyders originally purchased the home in October 2021 for $48 million.

The listing includes a 16,000 square-foot main house, as well 400 feet of water frontage, a three-bedroom guest house, a fully reconstituted carriage house with four parking spaces and a studio apartment, a waterfront dock and reproduction of English colonial boxwood and rose gardens. The home, located at 7979 East Boulevard Drive (map), was previously owned by Robert Stevens, the former CEO of Lockheed Martin.
The Snyders recently made headlines when they donated their Potomac mansion to the American Cancer Society. That home was relisted in May for $34.9 million, the same price that the Snyders had it listed for when it was last on the market.
