U Street's SOLEA Nears Completion

SOLEA, the new property at the corner of 14th and Florida (map) is near completion, developer Jair Lynch tells UrbanTurf. We have been watching the 59-unit development go up for months, and are excited to see it almost done. Below are a few photos we snapped this morning.
