Thomason House, New 13-Unit Project, to Deliver in December

3606 Rock Creek Church Road
Madison Investments, the firm behind Trevelyan House and the 28-unit 1020 Monroe in Columbia Heights, will be developing a 13-unit condo project at 3606 Rock Creek Church Road (map) called Thomason House, UrbanTurf has learned.
Thomason House will be a condo conversion comprised of five two-bedrooms and eight one-bedrooms. The two-bedrooms will range in size from 741 to 921 square feet and the one bedrooms from 450 to 680 square feet. Prices will start in the mid-$200s, and construction is expected to start at the end of April with a completion date of December.
In May 2010, Madison Investments purchased a 28-unit apartment building at 1020 Monroe Street NW, a quiet indication of a trend the DC region hadn’t seen in years: condo conversions. The firm continues the condo conversion trend with Thomason House and is expected to announce another project in the neighborhood in the coming weeks.
Above is a current photo of 3606 Rock Creek Church Road, but we expect to receive renderings of Thomason House in the coming days and will post those once they land in our inbox.
