The zip code where home values have risen the most this year is 22307, which runs along the Potomac River and is home to neighborhoods like Belle Haven and Belle View. The 27% price increase is largely driven by townhouses and large detached homes. The McLean zip code of 22101, home to some of the priciest real estate in the region, saw home prices rise 16%, thanks entirely to detached houses.
The other zip codes where home prices rose between 7%-9% include other parts of Alexandria, Vienna, North Arlington, Falls Church and Del Ray.
