UrbanTurf has come across a wide array of interesting residential amenities in the DC region over the years, from recording studios and stadium views to piano rooms and grow closets. Now, a recently-delivered DC apartment building is offering an amenity for green thumbs.
In partnership with local plant and floral studio Rewild, NOVEL South Capitol has announced it is making bespoke plant selection services available for residents of both its buildings.

In addition to curating indoor plant arrangements for the building's common areas, Rewild is offering plant curation packages to residents based on how much natural light the unit receives, offering options including cacti, succulents, and tropical plants. Residents will have the option of three packages that include free repotting and delivery.
NOVEL South Capitol is holding a plant care event on Thursday evening to celebrate the partnership with Rewild and preview the plant arrangements. The 180-plus apartment building began move-ins last month via a partnership between RCP Development and Crescent Communities.
