Rose’s Luxury
If you have been holding off until the wait times die down to try Rose’s Luxury, don’t head over there for the next couple months.
The Capitol Hill restaurant — which dubs itself DC’s most exclusively unexclusive restaurant — was just named the best new restaurant in the country by Bon Appetit.
Here is a brief excerpt of how the magazine sums up chef Aaron Silverman’s restaurant:
Rose’s isn’t just in the restaurant business; it’s in the making-people-happy business. If that feels like a revelation in dining, it should. It did to me, and it’s why Rose’s tops our list of this year’s best new restaurants.
The restaurant, which opened last October and doesn’t take reservations, is known for its unique take on southern cuisine and the private dining experience in the restaurant’s rooftop garden.
