Only 20 Townhomes Remain at Brookland's Chancellor's Row
In a number of ways, DC's Brookland neighborhood embodies the qualities that many residents look to escape to within a city's borders: pastoral green spaces, large front yards and a small town feel. Chancellor’s Row, a new community of luxury townhomes by developer EYA, takes advantage of all those attributes.
Located four blocks from the Brookland Metro station (Red Line) and just three miles from the Capitol, Chancellor's Row is now over 90% sold, leaving just 20 townhomes on the market. Those homes are currently open for tours, with some available for immediate move-in.
The remaining townhomes are four stories and LEED for Homes certified, with garages, rooftop terraces, hardwood flooring, 9-foot ceilings and recessed lighting. The Adams model, priced in the upper $600,000s, and The Barton model, priced in the low $700,000s, each include three bedrooms plus a loft. The Dupont model is priced in the upper $700,000s and includes three to four bedrooms, plus a loft.
Chancellor’s Row shares the 7th Street thoroughfare with Monroe Street Market—a $200 million development that features artist studio space and future retail, including the area's sixth Busboys and Poets, a Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, &Pizza, Potbelly and Brookland Pint.
Also steps from Chancellor’s Row are the shops and restaurants on Brookland’s Main Street, as well as Chocolate City Brewing Company, Brookland Artspace Lofts and Dance Place. The ever-popular Union Market is just three miles away. The community’s onsite stations for Capital Bikeshare and Zipcar give residents easy access to these nearby businesses, as well as the rest of the city.
The Chancellor’s Row’s sales center is open daily from 11am to 6pm. If you are interested in visiting the community, contact Yumin Chung at 202-290-3794 or visit the development website here. For more information about Brookland’s thriving arts and going-out scene, visit Brookland Bridge Blog.
