Woodmont View
Bethesda blogger Robert Dyer recently published new renderings of Woodmont View, a 46-unit condo project planned near the intersection of Battery Lane and Woodmont Avenue (map).
Duball LLC and the Resmark Companies are developing the small lot of land and will break ground later this year with plans to deliver the new project in 2016. The nine-story development will consist entirely of two-bedroom homes averaging about 1,500 square feet in size.
