A new 31-unit condo project with ground-floor retail is planned for the 3900 block of Georgia Avenue NW, UrbanTurf has learned.
Pers Development, which developed the Mint Condominiums in Eckington, plans on developing the former Goins building at 3930-3936 Georgia Avenue NW (map) into a 31-unit condo project with 32,000 square feet of mixed use space, including 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The units will be a mixture of one and two-bedrooms, and the building will have a rooftop deck as well as a fitness center. The project will be named Fahrenheit Condos.
“We are shooting to break ground in the next 60 days and estimate the construction duration to be 12 months,” Pers Development’s Ramin Bassam told UrbanTurf.
