Instead of one office and one residential building, a new application is pending to instead develop two 30-story residential buildings, delivering a total of roughly 1,440 units. An Arlington County planner shared the details and noted that the Planning Department is reviewing the application before formally accepting the filing.
Previous plans were for a 24-story, 520,000 square-foot office building with 15,000 square feet of retail and a 31-story residential building with 645 apartments above 20,000 square feet of retail.
