“Blink, fast house in Under Contract.”
That was reader JTS’s comment on yesterday’s featured Deal of the Week. JTS was referring to Under Contract, our weekly roundup of properties we have featured on UrbanTurf that have since been sold. He couldn’t have been more right about yesterday’s property, which we learned today has already gone under contract. 1524 Gales Street NE, which is located a couple blocks from the H Street Corridor, was listed last Thursday and went under contract yesterday, for a total of five days on the market.
Not bad for the buyer, who can now call an 1,800 square-foot, architect-designed three-bedroom row house in a hot neighborhood home. Did we mention the roof deck?
See yesterday’s post for more information about what we called “An Architect’s Three-Bedroom Near the H Street Corridor”.
