Which Condo to Buy? UrbanTurf Reader Makes Her Decision

About a week and a half ago, we called upon our readers to help a young lady with her home buying decision. She was looking for a condo and had narrowed her search down to three listings: a two-bedroom condo in Petworth, a two-bedroom condo on Independence Avenue in Hill East and a two-bedroom condo on 16th Street in Hill East. So, which one did she choose?
Well, none of them actually. We got an email today that she has found a two-bedroom condo in Bloomingdale and is waiting to hear if she got FHA approval on it. If she gets approved, she plans on making an offer on it this weekend. To avoid competition, she requested that we not publish the listing.
Thanks to all who offered their advice on the decision. The Independence Avenue property (below) seemed to be the overwhelming favorite.
1714 Independence Ave SE in Hill East (see map here)
