And one place came out on top: Virginia.
Of the ten zip codes with the highest T3 index score in March, which incorporates metrics like showing requests and appointments, home searches and views, and home sales, nine are located in Virginia.
Leading the way is 22201, the Virginia zip code home to portions of the Clarendon, Courthouse and Lyon Hill neighborhoods. Following closely behind is the adjacent zip code of 22204 as well as the zip code of 20151, which includes most of Chantilly. The Alexandria zip codes of 22302 and 22310 round out the top five.
