In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look in the $500,000 price point and found a two-level, two-bedroom condo in Columbia Heights. The kitchen was recently remodeled and the living area has a fireplace, a small dining area and a number of windows to let in the sun. The kitchen and the living room feature exposed brick and there are hardwood floors throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a small seating area that could also be used to fit one or two large wardrobes. To top it all off, there is a roof top deck that the lucky buyers will have all to themselves. More details and photos below.
