The unit has a washer and dryer and is walking distance to both the Columbia Heights and U Street metros. The listing notes that the common spaces in the apartment are furnished, but the bedroom is not.

It’s about halfway between the Columbia Heights and U Street metros.

Get a one-bedroom all to yourself in a newly-renovated building in Petworth for $1,530 a month plus a free month’s rent, bringing your monthly total down to about $1,400 for the year. The unit comes with a washer/dryer, and all the finishes are brand new. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Petworth Metro.
