Unit #633 is part of the 1205 Collection at West Half, a 465-unit development from JBG SMITH at 1205 Half Street SE (map). The 1,800 square-foot apartment offers views of the baseball field from both the living room and the apartment terrace. Many of the apartments in the 1205 Collection will have terraces that will offer views into the park.
Unfortunately for Nats fans, the new apartment which will rent for $7,200 a month, won't be available for lease before the end of the World Series. But there is always next season.
