This week’s edition of Under Contract revisits three very-recently featured listings that each went under contract within a week.

A breakfast bar peninsula mounted above the kitchen countertop separates the dining room from the kitchen, which also has a tiled backsplash, a wine fridge, and a white farmhouse basin sink. The lower level has a separate entrance and a rec room with a set of built-in shelving, as well as a full bath and a laundry/storage room. The backyard also has a paved patio and a detached garage.
