Renderings Released, Sales Begin For U Street’s Newest Condo Project

Boundary Heights
Boundary Heights, an 8-unit condo project at 1421 Florida Avenue NW (map), will release its first units for sale this weekend. Located a block from Meridian Hill Park, the project will consist of two-bedroom units, starting in the $600,000s.
Originally planned as a 16-unit building, Boundary Heights will now be a project with larger, but fewer units. The building cuts into a steep slope and rises to six stories at Florida Avenue NW. The first phase of condos will deliver in mid-April.
Each unit at Boundary Heights will have either a private terrace or a rooftop deck, and garage parking will be available for select units. Sales will be handled by Urban Pace.
