Tuesday's Deal of the Week
Today’s Deal of the Week is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 3620 Connecticut Avenue NW in Cleveland Park (see map here). The third floor unit is small, but the kitchen has been renovated, and the bedroom and living room are large enough for a young, single first-time homebuyer. A personal storage unit comes with the condo, and the condo fees include taxes, heat and water. It is just one block from the Cleveland Park Metro on the Red Line, but a covered rental parking space behind the building is paid for through August 20th. The home is open this Sunday from 1 to 4pm.
