The French-influenced listing built in 1996 has a number of standout features, including a fireplace commissioned from Alamo Stone in Texas, a pool and garden area, a backyard with playground equipment and a trampoline, and a lower level with a wet bar and space for a media room and fitness room.
About a month before listing this home in late April, the Oshies purchased a new 9,890-square-foot house not too far away in the Langley Farms section of McLean.
