The Price of an LA Minimalist Home Revealed
Late last week, we asked readers to guess the price of a two-bedroom home in Los Angeles designed by an architect that specializes in minimalism. Here is a brief description of the property for those who missed the post:
This Los Angeles listing may look like a condo, but it is actually a two-bedroom home. The listing has a fairly bland layout, large windows, a garage and a roof deck. The photo of the roof deck has UrbanTurf seriously considering opening up shop on the west coast.

The guesses ranged from a low of $400,000 to a high of $1.1 million. So how much would you have to plunk down for this property in LA’s Silver Lake neighborhood? The price: $559,000. Here is the property listing.
Congratulations to our winner Andrew who was closest with a guess of $565,000. Andrew will receive an Urban Turf t-shirt for his winning guess.
