Guess The Price: LA's Minimalist Architecture

For this week’s price-guessing game of homes in other metropolitan areas, we head far, far west to remind ourselves that not everywhere will be affected by Irene’s elements this weekend.
This Los Angeles listing may look like a condo, but it is actually a two-bedroom home designed by an LA-based architect that specializes in minimalism. The home has a fairly bland layout, large windows, a garage and a roof deck. The photo of the roof deck has UrbanTurf seriously considering opening up shop on the west coast.
Post your price guesses in the comments section below. Given the accuracy of past guesses, we are not revealing the neighborhood where the home is located, so do your best with the info provided. The person with the most accurate guess will win their very own UrbanTurf t-shirt!
Printed on a comfortable Alternative Apparel t-shirt, this is the perfect way to show love for your favorite website. Guess away!
