NoMa’s brand new luxury condominium The Lexicon is now offering homes ranging from one bedrooms to two bedroom plus dens and the opportunity to live at the heart of the neighborhood’s exploding commercial center. In addition to a brand new Trader Joe’s, NoMa has a slew of new retail moving into the neighborhood, including The Eleanor (a bowling lounge and music venue), Streets Market and Café grocery, Pluma by Bluebird Bakery, and neighborhood eatery Spark at Engine Co. 12.
A two-acre green space made for outdoor recreation is also in the works, and a seven-screen movie theater and bar is scheduled to open in the neighborhood later this year. More and more home buyers who are looking for a mix of convenience and urban luxury, with an ever-increasing employment base, are calling the NoMa neighborhood home.
One- and two-bedroom condos at The Lexicon are selling starting at $425,900 and $646,900, respectively. For more information, visit the property online here.
The condominiums at The Lexicon feature hardwood floors in all living areas and porcelain tile in the kitchens, baths and foyers. All of the homes include gourmet kitchens with gas cooking, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and baths with soaking tubs. Outdoor balconies or terraces and spacious walk-in closets are offered with nearly every home, and the homes range in size from 650 to over 1,350 square feet.
Amenities are in abundance at The Lexicon and include a full-time on-site manager, a concierge, a fully-equipped business center, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a two-level cascading pool, a club room and complimentary bike storage. Three levels of underground garage parking ensure that all residents will have the opportunity to purchase parking spaces. Individual storage spaces are also available for purchase.
The sales gallery, located at 10 Florida Ave NW, will open next week and feature a design room with sample finishes.
Weekday appointments are available from 11am to 6pm, and an open house is held every Saturday and Sunday from 12-4pm. New owners have the exclusive opportunity to hand select finishes and upgrades for their new homes.
