With the spring housing market underway, UrbanTurf is taking its annual look at the neighborhood markets around the DC region. Today, we head to Capitol Hill.
Last year was a very good year for the market on the Hill, with prices and sales rising by double digit percentage points compared to the previous year. So far in 2020, home prices and sales are up slightly, while the story looks to be the low inventory of homes for sale on the market, with just over a month's supply in March.
