The U Street Metro, YES Organic Market, Starbucks and the many shops, restaurants and boutiques of U Street are within a few blocks. * Bedrooms: 0 * Bathrooms: 1 * Square Footage: 470 * Year Built: 2008 * Unit/Building Features: Floor to ceiling windows, granite and stainless steel kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, common courtyard. * Parking: No, but available for rent in building garage. * Utilities: Water is included and electricity is $40 a month, on average.
