An UrbanTurf reader who wants to rent his studio apartment just north of the U Street Corridor recently wrote in asking if our readers could help him price it appropriately. Below are all the pertinent details, so give him some price recommendations in the comments section.
* Address: 1414 Belmont Street NW (map) * Location: Three blocks north of 14th and U Street NW. The U Street Metro, YES Organic Market, Starbucks and the many shops, restaurants and boutiques of U Street are within a few blocks. * Bedrooms: 0 * Bathrooms: 1 * Square Footage: 470 * Year Built: 2008 * Unit/Building Features: Floor to ceiling windows, granite and stainless steel kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, common courtyard. * Parking: No, but available for rent in building garage. * Utilities: Water is included and electricity is $40 a month, on average.
