Sponsored Post: Condo Tours This Weekend in Dupont and Logan Circle
Home buyers: do you ever feel a nagging pressure to buy the properties that your agent shows you? If so, two commitment-free real estate tours happening this Saturday might offer a nice break.
Logan Circle by NCinDC
Green DC Realty is hosting condo tours this Saturday in two of the city's most popular neighborhoods: Logan Circle and Dupont. Each tour will feature a handful of condos that have recently hit the market, showing a good cross-section of the kind of properties that are available in each neighborhood. Both tours are free and no-commitment, which means attendees can just relax, ask questions, and learn.
"The goal is to provide folks on the tour an easy, valuable way to get to know the real estate of a neighborhood but without the usual pressure to buy a home," Green DC Realty's Mike Kiefer told UrbanTurf.
This weekend's tours are part of a weekly series. Email Mike to learn what neighborhoods future tours will feature.
