1900 Vermont
This weekend, the town residences at 1900 Vermont will hold their grand opening.
1900 Vermont consists of four two-level residences at the intersection of Vermont Avenue and T Street NW (map) built in a style reminiscent of homes that have been in the area for decades. Going to great lengths to design a project that would blend in well with the architecture of the neighboring historic row homes, BeaconCrest Homes worked with architects from the Lessard Group to develop classic brick residences.

Located less than one block from the U Street Metro, the four residences have been outfitted with the highest quality finishes and were built to be spacious enough for the owners to comfortably and regularly entertain guests. The homes all have floorplans with 2-3 bedrooms, 2.5-3 baths, parking, private roof terraces or patios, and over 2,000 square feet of interior space. Prices start in the $900,000s.
“Although the U Street neighborhood experienced a boom in residential development over the last decade, the vast majority of units built during this time tended to be smaller one and two bedroom units in large multi-family buildings,” Derek Huetinck of BeaconCrest Homes told UrbanTurf. “In talking to the community, we discovered there was an unfilled desire for larger floorplans in a more private setting.”

The grand opening will take place this Saturday from 11am to 5pm at 1900 Vermont Avenue NW (map). Following the grand opening, the homes will be held open from 11am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and by appointment during the week. Call 202-939-0677 for additional details or visit the project website for more information.
