Six Units Remain at Union Row

Union Row, the huge development on 14th Street between V and W in the U Street Corridor, has just six of its 260+ units remaining unsold. The development is two buildings: The Flats and the industrial-style The Warehouses. There are five units remaining at The Flats and just one at The Warehouses.
In early October, there were 13 units still on the market, which means that about seven were sold in two months time. That’s a strong sales pace, especially considering that all 13 units were listed for over $600,000.
“We sold three this week and one last week,” Sadie Simpson, developer PN Hoffman’s sales manager for Union Row, told UrbanTurf. Simpson is hoping the project sells out completely by the end of January.
The most affordable remaining unit is $670,000, but most of the rest are between $700 and $900K. The lone remaining unit at The Warehouses, #301W, is $999K.
