Shaw's Progression Place Up For Sale

Progression Place, the mixed-use development currently under construction near the Shaw/Howard Metro Station (map) is up for sale, reported the Washington Business Journal late Tuesday. Construction on Progression Place, which could have 100,000 square feet of office space, 205 apartments and 20,000 square feet of retail once complete, started in 2010 and could be finished by October.
Developer Four Points LLC wants to sell “to raise capital for other planned ventures in its pipeline,” Jones Lang LaSalle managing director Jonathan Morris told the WBJ.
The development, which is a few blocks from another massive Shaw development, CityMarket at O at 7th and O, is expected get offers of more than $130 million.
