A brand new neighborhood from renowned builder IDI Group is coming into focus in Fairfax City. Boulevard VI will be a beautiful 18-acre community of modern homes and exciting retail offerings, including the city’s only new-construction single-level condominiums now selling and under construction at the former location of Paul VI high school.
The first phase of Boulevard VI — which includes 73 residences — is already fifty percent sold after just a few short weeks of sales. Sales for phase two just launched and include one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom condominiums, as well as a small handful of generously sized luxury residences.
Beyond a brick, garden-style exterior, interiors are modern with customizable finishes like hardwood flooring, quartz countertops and Shaker profile cabinets. Nearly all of the homes also have spacious balconies or walk-out patios, and parking is included.
Located in the heart of Fairfax, the neighborhood’s 18 acres are rich in local academic history. While the vast majority of the property is new, ground up construction, IDI Group preserved one of the original school buildings from the site, built in the 1930s, and will incorporate it into one of the community’s many retail offerings.
In addition to numerous onsite amenities—including an outdoor pool with cabanas, a dining terrace and outdoor lounge seating—Boulevard VI’s residences will be connected by a variety of parks, gathering spaces, sidewalks and trails, and will be fronted by a Village Green that has overlooked Fairfax Boulevard since 1935.
Boulevard VI will have a Metro bus stop directly in front of the property, and it is near access points for Route 66 and I-495; it is also close to both Dulles International and Reagan National airports. Local shopping can be found at Fair Oaks Mall and Tysons Corner, both just a short trip away.
Move-ins for Building One will begin in Summer 2022, while a second building will debut later in the Fall. Pricing for one-bedroom homes start in the low $300s and three-bedroom homes start in the low $800s.
