Only One Townhome Remains at Shaw's Unmatched Intersect at O

The final residence at Intersect at O, a collection of DC’s most sophisticated townhomes, is now on the market. The sprawling 3,250 square foot home has four bedrooms, a den, three-and-a-half bathrooms and three private outdoor spaces. The home is listed for $2.2 million, and a $50,000 design credit is available.
The townhouse will be open to prospective buyers this weekend, on Saturday from 1pm to 3pm. All other tours are by appointment through Urban Pace Director of Sales Jennifer Felix at 202-853-1784 or jfelix@urbanpace.com.

Located in the heart of Shaw, Intersect at O includes just five dramatic elevator townhomes, designed for luxury living by architect Shalom Baranes, interior designer ADG and developers Roadside Development and Dantes Partners.

In addition to the development’s exceptionally high-end design and matchless private outdoor spaces—including a front patio, primary suite balcony and rooftop terrace—Intersect at O is part of a larger community at City Market at O that provides access to a host of the neighborhood’s best amenities.

Each of the townhomes at Intersect at O boast four stories of solid concrete construction with double height entryways. The residences feature elevators that travel from the top floor to below ground, opening into the home’s private garage. Those garages include ample space for storage and are wired for electric car charging.

Guest suites are located on the second floor of the homes, while the third floors have a primary suite that spans the entire level with a seating area, two walk-in closets and an enormous bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in glass shower and soaking tub. The fourth floor has a fourth bedroom with full bathroom and a lounge with a catering kitchen that leads to a private roof terrace with a built-in grill and gas fireplace. The terrace was also designed to accommodate an outdoor TV.

Finishes for Intersect at O are minimalist, custom and unique. Interiors include wide plank hardwood flooring throughout, motorized Mecho shades, a custom media console, custom cabinetry, double ovens, Thermador appliances, custom tile, and Quartz Calacatta waterfall countertops (with seating for four) and backsplash. Each residence also includes a front yard with landscaping and a patio.

Intersect at O is in a prime location for taking advantage of DC’s vibrant city life with walkability to dozens of bars, shops, and restaurants. The townhome is a less than a block away from the Michelin-recognized Oyster Oyster and beloved French-American bistro Convivial, and has seven other Michelin starred restaurants within one mile.

Townhome owners will have access to shared amenities and the community at City Market at O, where residents are regularly invited to gather for events like wine tastings, comedy shows and live music performances. Other City Market at O amenities include a 60-foot rooftop lap pool, gym, spin room, two chic party rooms, on-site masseuse, rooftop dog walk, 24-hour security and package lockers.
