A unit at 50 West Street.
50 West Street, a new 64-story condo project in Battery Park City, will offer 15 small office spaces that owners in the building can purchase.
The third floor of the development consists of 15 office condos, ranging in size from 280 to 830 square feet. The individual offices are accessed via key fobs and all fifteen share a conference room and pantry. Brick Underground reports that the prices for the office condominiums range from $470,400 up to $1.4 million. They are available for purchase only to those who buy a condo in the building as well.
