New Boutique Condo Project Hits the Market in Columbia Heights
Living room in two-bedroom unit at 1444 Fairmont.
A new 5-unit condo project hit the market in Columbia Heights today from the same developer that finished a similar project on R Street just over a month ago. 1444 Fairmont Street NW (map) is a row house that has been converted into bi-level and loft-like condos by The Rubin Group.
A one-bedroom.
The project consists of three one-bedroom units, and a couple two-bedrooms. At least one of the one-bedrooms sits on two levels with a large wall of windows, and the two-bedroom units share access to the project’s backyard with one other unit. The top-floor one-bedroom has its own outdoor space in the form of a balcony.
The condo fees are low for DC (ranging from $131 to $225/month), and the prices for the units range from $339,900 to $489,900. More information can be found here.
