Housing Complex reported earlier today on what could be Valor Development’s newest project: a 66-unit condo building in Shaw at 631 P Street NW (map).
It’s not a sure thing, as Housing Complex’s Lydia DePillis explains, but if it moves forward, plans are for a 50-foot-tall building with units ranging in size from 510 to 853 square feet. Valor is presenting their proposal for the new project at the ANC 2C meeting tomorrow night and UrbanTurf will have an update after the meeting.
If you think that you have heard Valor Development’s frequently over the last several months, you would not be mistaken. The firm is behind a 49-unit boutique project at 300 L Street NE, the conversion of the Italian Embassy into condos, and The Maia, among others.
