Renters in the market for a brand new apartment community in Virginia would be wise to take a close look at Modera Tempo, Mill Creek Residential's newest property in the region that combines luxury amenities with competitive pricing. Modera Tempo recently began hardhat tours (by reservation) and opened a pre-leasing office to a long list of interested renters. The first move-ins will begin this fall.
Located in Alexandria, about a ten-minute walk from the Van Dorn Metro Station (Blue/Yellow lines) and close to both I-495 and I-395, Modera Tempo consists of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments -- totaling at 360 apartments. Some one- and two-bedroom units also have dens, and renters can choose from a total of 41 unique layouts. Pricing ranges from the mid $1,600s/month to around $3,300 for two-bedroom plus den apartments.
All of the residences offer a sleek and modern design with high ceilings, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, front-loading washers and upgraded fixtures. Residents will have access to a number of luxury, on-site amenities, like yoga and fitness studios, two outdoor pools and several landscaped courtyards.
There are plans for an art installation in the lobby, and a number of retailers have their sights set on the 15,000 square feet of commercial space at Modera Tempo. Still, the neighborhood already has plenty to offer, including nearby restaurants Satay Sarinah, Jolley’s Restaurant & Lounge, Kabul Kabob House and Savio’s Italian Restaurant and Bar, as well as a Giant grocery store less than a block away.
For more information about Modera Tempo, please visit the property online here. To make a tour reservation or to talk to an agent about leasing, please call 855-881-9040. For an even higher-end experience, stay tuned for information on the premier units in the Vivant at Modera Tempo, which is scheduled to open mid-March 2015 and to begin leasing in early 2015.
