Are you a freelancer who frequents coffee shops but never drives? Parent of a small child? Barfly? Walk Score recently introduced a feature that can help you find a home that fits your lifestyle.

Apartment hunters can choose any combination of the following search terms: grocery store, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, rental car or school. Walk Score will filters options to provide the best apartment fits based on these needs/wants.
To its credit, Walk Score has been steadily expanding their functionality since it launched in 2007, and now provides Transit Scores, calculates commute times, and rates entire neighborhoods. Were waiting until they filter out apartments next to barking dogs.
