- $17.3 million -- The sales price for the most expensive home sold in the region last year.
- $50,000 -- The sales price for the least expensive home sold in DC last year.
- 100% -- The average sales price to list price ratio for homes sold in the DC area.
- 19% -- The percentage of homes that sold for all cash last year.
- $627,000 - The median home price in DC proper, slightly lower than 2022.
