Sales of the first new townhomes built in the City of Falls Church in 25 years have just launched. The Park Avenue Collection, by Madison Homes, includes 32 thoughtfully designed townhouses just one block off of West Broad Street in one of the city’s most walkable locations.
Even though sales just began, The Park Avenue Collection is already 50% sold. Pricing starts at $1,049,900 and the first units will deliver by the end of 2025, while others are scheduled for completion in 2026. Buyers who commit soon will have the opportunity to customize a variety of finishes like flooring, countertops and cabinetry.
For details, visit TheParkAveCollectionVA.com or make an appointment to visit the property’s sales office, located within a block of the new townhomes. Prospective buyers can also contact Urban Pace Sales Agent Michael Weiner at 703.873.5722 or Michael.weiner@urbanpace.com.

Each townhome boasts a private rooftop terrace.
The townhomes in The Park Avenue Collection are all one-of-a-kind designs, showcasing modern craftsmanship, sophisticated features and high-quality materials. The distinctive brick and Hardie® Plank exteriors give way to interiors created to accommodate an active lifestyle, featuring four stories, and up to four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms
The living areas are spacious and elegant, with nine-foot ceilings, wide plank flooring, oak stairs, designer lighting and integrated Smart Home features. Kitchens were designed with full overlay painted wood cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel KitchenAid® appliances. Bathrooms feature polished chrome finishes, frameless glass showers, quartz countertops and built-in shelving. Each townhome also includes a one-car garage and a private rooftop terrace.

Falls Church was named the Healthiest Community in America by US News & World Report, and it blends small-town living with vibrant urban energy, earning it the nickname “The Little City.” The Park Avenue Collection is at the heart of The Little City, and has a Walk Score® of 91. It is close to a variety of restaurants, breweries, shops, and grocery stores (including Harris Teeter and a newly opened Whole Foods Market); as well as the Washington & Old Dominion Trail, Falls Church Farmers Market, Cherry Hill Park and multiple routes that run directly to Tysons, The Mosaic District and Downtown DC.
