The development is just the latest project to spring up east of the Corridor. Valor Development presented plans in November for a seven-story, 250 to 300 unit development at 1603-1625 Benning Road NE (map). And just before Christmas, Capital City Real Estate submitted a planned unit development (PUD) for a 180-unit residential development adjacent to the Hechinger Mall at 1701 H Street NE (map).
