This installment of Deal of the Week is for a buyer (or investor) that wants a fixer-upper. But based on what UrbanTurf has heard, that buyer will need to move quickly.
Built back in 1906, the two-bedroom row house in Shaw is being sold as-is, and it will require a good deal of interior rehabilitation. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to get much more information regarding its condition than that. (Of particular interest would be the cost estimates for renovating the home.) But we can say that in just about 48 hours on the market, the listing’s condition has not dampened interest
The blue house has received over 20 inquiries so far, and the offers had already started coming in as of Tuesday morning. If this property interests buyers out there, we are guessing that they will need to move quickly and come in above the asking price.
