DC's Small Condos -- How Low Can They Go?

One of DC's smallest condos back in 2009.
Back in September 2009, UrbanTurf wrote about a condo that, at the time, was one of the smallest units on the market at just 362 square feet.
Well, DCmud recently had a post with an even smaller condo now for sale, a 274 square-foot property in Glover Park that makes the one we wrote about seem downright palatial.
Not to be outdone, a commenter to the DCmud post then found yet a smaller unit for sale -- a Kalorama studio that measures out at 247 square feet. (Redfin has a one-bedroom unit listed at just 89 square feet, but we concluded that must be a mistake.)
The issue of how many square feet a person needs to live comfortably has been broached on the internet before, but in major cities, people seem more willing (or required) to make space concessions. (Remember the 175 square-foot micro-studio in New York City?)
If you are living in less than 200 square feet and are still sane, drop UrbanTurf a line at editor2011@urbanturf.com. And, if you are living in less than 100 square feet like this guy, we applaud you.
