2013 DC Design House
The DC Design House for 2013 will be a five-level, 15,000-square foot newly built home that will have a $15 million price tag, reports Curbed DC.
Curbed writes that the home on Foxhall Road (map) will have at least six bedrooms, including amenities such as “an infinity pool, wet bar on the top floor (near the balcony), a catering kitchen (in addition to the impressive main kitchen), and media room and sauna.”
The designers will be chosen by mid-December and then will spend four months making the house look spiffy before the public gets a look in April 2013.
