Construction of Historic Anacostia Condos and Townhouses to Begin Next Year
Shortly before Thanksgiving, And Now Anacostia reported that the W Street townhome and condo project in Historic Anacostia had received financing. And Now Anacostia’s David Garber was told by the developer Four Points that the project will be a joint venture partnership between Four Points and a national homebuilder, and construction will begin next year.

A description of the project from And Now Anacostia:
Located on the corner of W Street SE and 13th Street SE, the development is the first significant new-construction residential project in Historic Anacostia. The project is composed of 32 condo units, 7 townhouses, and a rebuilt single-family home that will replicate a structure that sat on the site until it was demolished last year.
