A new hotel is in the works along the Georgetown waterfront.

A concept application was filed with the Historic Preservation Review Board for the preoject this week. The façade of the two-story building will be retrofit and will see a five-story-plus-penthouse addition. Baskervill is the architect of record and concrete is the design architect.
UrbanTurf will continue to monitor the project for more details.
Note: Prior to IDI Group owning the building at 3401 Water Street, Willco Residential entitled the site for 54 condos. IDI then purchased the building from Willco.
