New Boutique Condos Coming to Hill East and Glover Park

Lock 7 Development is about to start work on two new boutique condo projects in neighborhoods on different sides of the District — Hill East and Glover Park.
The Hill East development at 321 18th Street SE (map) will be a 10-unit project. The location is a block from the Stadium Armory Metro and about five blocks from the Potomac Avenue Metro. The Glover Park project will be located at 3937 Davis Place NW (map) and offer 8 units.
Lock 7 will be starting work on both projects this summer. We don’t have any other details regarding the architecture, layouts and sizes at this time, but previous projects from the developer should be a good indication of what’s to come. Take a look at Harvard Row and The Newport Tower, which will deliver within the next month.
