Boutique Columbia Heights Project To Deliver in August
Rendering of 1448 Harvard Street NW.
A six-unit condo project in Columbia Heights will deliver in August, UrbanTurf has learned.
The Columbian from Lock 7 Development will be located at 1448 Harvard Street NW (map), and will have five two-bedroom units and a one-bedroom condo.
Both the penthouse units will have access to their own roof deck. (The rear penthouse is already under contract.) The back of the building has a more modern look, with many windows and a floor-to-ceiling glass door leading out to a balcony.
The Columbian is across the street from Harvard Row, another Lock 7 project. Both projects are rowhouse conversions.
