With the spring housing market in full swing, UrbanTurf is taking its annual look at the neighborhood markets around the DC region. Today, we head over to the H Street Corridor.
The H Street Corridor is one of the newer housing markets in DC, historically speaking, and the homes there are a combination of new condos, old rowhouses and renovated and refurbished houses. While the statistics that UrbanTurf plucked out below indicate a healthy and relatively swift market, the neighborhood is a calmer environment for homebuyers than many other sections of the city.

- $769,900 -- The median price for homes sold in 2019 in the H Street Corridor, a 50/50 split of condos and single-family houses.
- 50% -- The percentage of homes that sold in ten days or less this year.
- 100.3% -- The average sales price to list price ratio in the neighborhood.
- $583 -- The median price per square foot of homes that sold in 2019.
- 6 -- The months of supply of homes on the market in April.
